Last night, a dense fog rolled in. Here in upper Minnesota, something odd happens when the temperatures dip while it's foggy: The humidity from the fog freezes, leaving the trees pretty and white.
To my small group of normal readers, I want to propose a fun little contest (thought of this while responding to a blog entry from @YourSassyPussy )
We should all list the oddest thing we recieve for a Christmas present. Does your family participate in Christmas White Elephant? Let's hear it! last year, I recieved my coveted Lego Adidas sneaker (and that was a serious gift, lol)
So...tomorrow, I'll post a new entry asking everyone for their oddest present, and we'll see who comes up with the best one.

In Japan, the clearer the view of Mt. Fuji, the colder it is. We had a lovely view of the snow-capped mountain the other day.

It's very snowy and cold where you are. I don't think I'll get snow tomorrow, maybe Scotland will but not England.
It's -3 (celcius) here...not too bad for a Minnesota winter. I need to get out and get some film of the ice on the trees...very pretty.
