It's funny how you don't notice when things are on the downhill slide. The woman I've been talking to for quite some time (and had a great sexual rendezvous back in June) used to send such tantalizing photos of her breasts, cute derriere, and even some video of her playing with herself. On occasion, she would request a naughty pic, and I would oblige. The texts were steamy, and full of things we wanted to relive and those we looked forward to trying. It was pretty hot.
Last night, we discussed socks. I even sent her a photo of my favorite merino wool socks. The thrill is gone.

Well, shoot! I've had a few friends that I got together with one time. No fireworks, so in my mind, I did not want to repeat. They text, and I'm polite by saying that I'm super busy. I guess honesty is better?
But...we had fireworks! If she's not interested in anything physical, she should have said so. I mean, we text every single day. I'm at the point where I've put it out of my mind...sex has become unimportant.

I'm not counting on it. If she lived hours away, I can see every six (and counting) months. But she's 45 minutes from me. (and yes, I've volunteered to go up to her on a moments notice, considering her crazy life)

Believe me I tried. She's a single mom of two teen boys, who are both in football, and other activities which take up most of her time, like 3 big dogs the boys just HAD to have. Oh, and there's the older daughter who's always in her business. She doesn't want it known that she's seeing a guy from an adult site, so it all adds up to our situationship being that of penpals.

My point exactly. In texts, she mostly rambles on about her sons, her friends' drama, and drinking. Us getting together was a one-off. I mean, it's been months...so I've given up on her as a play partner.
