The Holidays

Dearest Horny Reader:

It's December, which means it's time to shape the branches on your artificial tree, and decorate your home for the holidays.

For some reason, I've been getting Grinch ornaments and decorations from friends and acquaintances over the years...I think they're trying to tell me something. Hell, I'm even wearing Grinch lounge pants as I write this.

But I'm the exact opposite of him. I enjoy searching for just the right gift for my friends and what little family I have, and I'm quite good at it. But the gifts I receive? Sometimes memorable in the wrong way. Last year, I received a LEGO Adidas sneaker. Why the gift giver thought this was something I'd enjoy (or display) is beyond me. They're not all duds though, last year, my Secret Santa gifted me a pair of wine glasses with little sharks molded to the inside of them. (I love sharks) My now ex FWB gifted me this little gem, which still adorns my kitchen counter:

But most have been those that make you think "what the fuck is this?" while saying "wow, thanks!" (and don't say ya'll haven't had those moments).

Hey, does anyone actually send Chistmas cards anymore?
