Meet & Greets

Dearest Horny Reader

While laying awake at 3 a.m. thanks to ADHD driven insomnia, the thoughts scrolling through my mind landed on the last meet & greet I attended. Must be due to the message I received from a member on here telling about an upcoming one. While I suppose I appreciated being thought of, it wasn't really an invite to meet her, just that it was happening. She didn't really say that she was going.

I replied that I had to work that night (which was true), but even if I wasn't, I'm not traveling two hours to enter a place where I know absolutely no one. I'm sortof an introvert, and groups of strangers aren't really my thing.

Back to the last one I attended...it was at the request of a married swinger I was fooling around with, and she texted me about needing a date. Her hubs was meeting a date there, and she wanted a date as well. It was a dueling piano bar, and I would probably know a few of the people there, so I agreed. We arrived, and her hubs immediately went outside to smoke a cigar with some friends of his, while she and I got a table near the back wall facing the stage. I of course sat in the chair with it's back against the wall so I could people watch.

The entertainment started, and people from the lifestyle started to pour in. We had quite a large section reserved, and it filled pretty fast. I was good to go, as the waitress had already bought a round of drinks to our table.

I won't go into all the details, but I was a wallflower, as the woman who I came with started working the room almost as soon as we arrived, so I sat alone for the most part. I acknowledged those I was familiar with, and actually ended up sitting with her husband's date...so now we were making some small talk, as the people we came with abandoned us. Until the seat of her chair broke, sending her straight to the floor. I helped her up, and she excused herself to get straightened up. So her night was going slightly worse than mine.

Alone again in a crowded room. An hour passed, and I watched as my date continued circling the crowd...mostly stopping to chat with the guys there. She would stop by on occasion, and make sure to tell me "I dated him for a bit", then take off to the next one.

It dawned on me that she'd fucked half the men in the place, and seemed way more interested in making herself available to chat with, and hang on them than sitting with me, the person she arrived with. Now, I wasn't jealous or anything, but this was ridiculous. Her husband's date felt the same way, as he actually came by the table only to grab his drink and depart back into the crowd as well. We looked at one another and at the same time blurted out "why did they ask US to come?", at which point we got up, donned our coats and made our way out. I wish I could give this story a happy ending like "we ended up at my place and made up for the bad start to our evening many times through the night", but I simply walked her to her car (as we were downtown at night) then got into mine and went home. The funniest thing is: the woman I committed my Friday night to didn't even notice I was gone for another hour, texting me "Did you leave? I don't see your coat?"

I haven't attended to a Meet & Greet since. I will add though, that I have been to a couple good ones. One of which I traveled 3 hours to, only because I was talking to a woman from a swinger's group who asked me to come. I ended up having a great time, and the evening ended with her coming beck to my hotel with me.

So they're not all bad.
