I work at a small college, with dorms. It's my job to ensure the students are safe, and enforce housing/conduct rules. I'm like an overpaid babysitter, R.A. and counselor all rolled up in one. I also work evenings, sometimes until 3 am, so I'm there for the parties (which I try to keep somewhat control of). The kids know that when there's a party, it's an open door policy for me so I can keep an eye on things. I try to keep the party from spilling out into the halls, where the cameras are. If I can't see it, it didn't happen.
The thing that sortof creeps me out is the amount of these young female college students that come on (or as they call it "try to get with" ) me. At the last party, one wanted a selfie with me, which I'm fine with (all the students treat me as "one of them" because I'm pretty cool with them and they know my intentions are for them to safely have the best college experience possible.) but before the photo was snapped, another one popped out of nowhere, and the picture ended up with both of them kissing my cheek. Harmless enough, right? But the look on my face was that of shock/horror. One of them grabbed my dick. Not only that, she asked if I was married. Not only did I show her my wedding ring, I asked how drunk she was, as there is 40 years between us. She replied "Older men are sexy"...which is when I excused myself and thought it was time the party started wrapping up.
The reason I even thought to write about this is: I was visiting the apartment of some of my favorite student athletes last night, watching two of them and their girlfriends play poker (the guys were trying to teach the girls). One of the young ladies is a local, and doesn't go to school here. Very nice, and a bit older...maybe 23-24. The kid she's dating is 19 or 20. Anyway, I was showing them a tattoo I got while on a cruise, and explained that this particular cruise line is LGBTQ and swinger friendly. The girlfriend blurted out "Are you a swinger?" Of course I said no, because that would spread like wildfire in the dorm, and all kinds of rumors would spread. The young lady replied "That's too bad, I bet you'd be fun in bed" At that moment, it dawned on me that we were now alone in the living room, as the boyfriends were back in one of the rooms playing a video game, so it was just her and I sitting there. I tried to redirect the conversation to what the parties were like on the ship, how good the food was, etc. She brazenly interrupted and asked my what time I got off work, and if I had to go straight home, because she'd be back at her place soon and still up. That's when I awkwardly excused myself and went back to see what the boys were up to. She followed, and crawled up on the twin bed behind the two guys engrossed in their game facing opposite direction. I glanced over, and she looked me straight in the eye, then reached down between the legs of her grey yoga pants and started rubbing.
"Well guys, I gotta go see what everyone else is up to"...and I got the fuck out of there. I wish I could say these are isolated incidents, but it's happened at least once a semester since I started working there. This is one of the reasons I'm not a big fan of them having parties. That last one I spoke of? There was a twerking competition going on when I walked in to check on them.
If you have a freshman or sophomore in college, especially in a small town where they roll up the sidewalks at 8 pm, I feel for ya. It's absolute hedonism in those dorms. (not to mention the fights, stealing, broken doors and holes in walls...)

Tricky territory to work in but it sounds like you navigate it well. I guess those days of men's dorms and women's dorms is way in the past....lol....
Totally coed now, and it preents it's own set of problems.
I know it's difficult but it's important to be professional in your job. Because if the shit hits the fan, it will be your shit.
Exactly. I like younger women, but to me that means women in their 30’s, lol.
